David is experienced in a broad range of litigation for commercial organisations in the property sector, other commercial organisations and for individuals. His experience includes commercial landlord and tenant litigation, property disputes of all types, professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, health and safety prosecutions and large scale disputes in the public sector. David's practice regularly involves arbitration, mediation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. David also advises clients on a wide range of regulatory/policy and compliance issues. David's employment practice involves advice on post-termination restrictive covenants, compensation payments, directors' fiduciary duties, data protection issues, termination of employment and the management of all aspects of disciplinary and grievance processes. David's insolvency experience involves acting for both creditors and debtors and advising on individual and corporate insolvency, asset tracing and recovery. David also has considerable experience of resolving disputes for the firm's clients in the construction industry dealing with all aspects of adjudications, mediations and Technology and Construction Court litigation. |

Nick has developed the firm's employment law expertise and advises on all aspects of contentious employment matters including unfair/wrongful dismissal claims and discrimination cases as well as providing non-contentious advice on the drafting of directors' service contracts, employment terms and conditions, consultancy agreements and compromise agreements. Nick's insolvency practice focuses on asset tracing and recovery under the Proceeds of Crime Act and similar legislation mainly on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service and HMRC and their appointed receivers. Nick also has a broad range of commercial litigation experience in the property, IT and telecommunications sectors including disputes relating to commercial and residential property, disputed boundary and prescriptive rights, publishing and advertising contracts and all types of complex and high-value commercial contract disputes. |
