Tim has a wealth of experience of a broad range of transactional commercial property work acting on behalf of institutional property owners, investors, occupiers and developers. 
In addition to his property practice Tim advises both employers and contractors on all aspects of non-contentious construction law including the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, consultants' appointments and ancillary construction documents.
Tim has been lead partner on various PFI/PPP and other public sector property projects for the construction, funding and operation of health sector buildings, fire stations, and schools.
In the context of Tim's property, construction and PFI/projects work he also advises on property finance and banking matters, joint venture arrangements, facilities management agreements and other commercial/construction agreements.

Vicky has a wide range of experience of property work with particular focus on commercial lettings and high value residential transactions.  In particular, Vicky has experience in dealing with the acquisition, letting and disposal of mixed use buildings and when acting for developers advises on conditional contracts, overage agreements and options. 
Vicky also regularly advises the firm's clients on all areas of non-contentious landlord and tenant work and has made leasehold enfranchisement an area in which she has particular expertise.
Vicky also acts for Housing Associations in relation to their shared equity, freehold purchases, lettings and general acquisition programmes.
Simon joined the firm as a trainee in 2007, qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has now joined the Dispute Resolution Department.
As well as having his own workload, Simon assists the other members of the department in property and commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
Colin became a solicitor in 1973 and in 1992 co-founded the firm with John Connolly.  Colin was a partner in the Property Department until 2008 when he became a consultant to the firm.  In this role he continues to develop the firm's core strategy and client relationships.

His experience includes commercial landlord and tenant litigation, property disputes of all types, professional negligence claims, commercial contract disputes, employment disputes, health and safety prosecutions and large scale disputes in the public sector. David's practice regularly involves arbitration, mediation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. David also advises clients on a wide range of regulatory/policy and compliance issues.
David's employment practice involves advice on post-termination restrictive covenants, compensation payments, directors' fiduciary duties, data protection issues, termination of employment and the management of all aspects of disciplinary and grievance processes.
